Return Policy

For all orders directly from, we do our best to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us. Refund requests must be made directly to SaniClean Carpet at Please make all refund requests within the thirty (7) day cutoff time from the date of delivery.

Damaged Items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged or the product seal was broken, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time (7 days).

We will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged/open

(b) the product seal is broken upon delivery

Any claims for damaged/opened items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the SaniClean Carpet facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If SaniClean Carpet’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons For Returns

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned By Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
